The final of the five themes is called Region. There are seveal regions of land throughout the Earth. They are divided by their land area or plant and animal life. The two types of region are Uniform region and the corn-hog belt region. The uniform region is located in Iowa and Illinois. Also there is the irrigated-cotton bet in Central Valley Calif. The function region such as a metropollitian area surrounding a city. It has arteries that take core wnts and needs of the people. Regions make geography more manageable.
